Executive Abstract
Second-serve kickers are designed to hop high above the receiver's comfort zone. Stepping back allows the ball to explode to 1.8 meters. The elite counter-measure (Andre Agassi, Jannik Sinner) is On-the-Rise Interception: stepping 1.5 meters inside the baseline to strike the ball at 20 to 30 cm off the bounce (waist height), redirecting the server's kick into a devastating baseline winner.
